Stay Fit Australia Finds The Right Balance and Appoints New CEO - Shari Denny

Stay Fit Australia is proud to announce the appointment of Shari Denny as the group CEO for our workplace wellbeing division.


Health is an important part of every workplace, to promote and nurture a positive work culture, to empower employees and to provide support in times of need. Never has there been more need for an agile outlook for corporate wellbeing as we all adapt to the new COVID-19 reality.

With over 20 years of experience, Shari has a thorough understanding of wellbeing initiatives having worked with multinational and national companies across a variety of industry sectors to provide innovative on-site and remote delivery solutions. From designing, delivering and evaluating, proactive health, well-being and injury prevention programs Shari has helped senior leaders build authentically happy, healthy workplaces, connected with customers and the community. When staff feel supported and empowered it positively changes workplace culture.


Shari will be working alongside business & industry leaders to Identify, Design and Deliver a full suite of science-based contact-less programs to help all Australian’s flourish in this new digital era.
